For scissors to cut smoothly, the two blades must meet at a single point when cutting. This is achieved through precise shaping and tension adjustment known as “sori” (curvature) and “hineri” (twist).
The “Sairi” scissors realize this ideal shape through precision mechanical grinding, providing an exceptionally sharp cutting edge.
