Bishu refers to the area spanning western Owari in Aichi Prefecture and western Seino in Gifu Prefecture.
Blessed with fertile land, abundant water, and active cultural exchange, it has long been Japan’s largest wool textile production region, accounting for approximately 60% of domestic production.
This fabric is made using Bishu material.
With its fluffy, soft texture and Shaggy finish, it’s an adorable fabric ideal for the colder seasons.
Recommended for skirts, dresses, outerwear, and also popular for small accessories such as scarves and pouches.
