Cheesecloth - Plain
Cheesecloth is a thin, loosely woven, wide plain-weave fabric that has been heavily starched. It is used across a wide range of fields, including as a base material in construction, for reinforcing bookbinding, and in the food industry for straining broth and cheese. Cheesecloth used for non-agricultural purposes is primarily made from hemp or cotton, while agricultural cheesecloth is characterized by its mesh structure made from strong synthetic fibers or polyester yarn. Its excellent breathability and water permeability offer the added benefit of allowing plants to be watered without removing the cover.
